- In a way that does not damage, impair or compromise our systems or data
2. Prohibited Use

- Attempt to access or scrape data beyond your permitted access
- Republish, reproduce, or commercially exploit any part of the tool
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent security features
- Use the platform in a way that breaches any law, regulation or code
- Use output from the tool without exercising your own professional judgement
- Rely solely on the tool for compliance or final recommendations to clients
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date account information
- Keep your credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or breach
- Review and verify AI-generated outputs before relying on them professionally
- Report any data inaccuracies or issues to us promptly
4. Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor usage of the platform to ensure compliance with these Terms. We may:
- Suspend or restrict access in the event of suspected misuse
- Remove or disable access to any content that breaches these Terms
- Take legal action in the event of serious misuse or breach
